We are looking for a full time Pool/Service Supervisor, to assist with running the business, ala carte and events, might need the assistance inside sometimes, and will transition to a role inside with Management when the pool closes. Flexibility required. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Supervision of employee clock in process; must be able to work within the time keeping program
• Editing, printing , and uploading of daily menus. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a essential
• Producing staff side work sheets
• POS Management Application
• BEO Comprehension, must be able to read through a BEO and understand all necessary service protocols for small banquet events
• Understands all employee forms, attendance, counseling etc.
• Staff training; development and implementation of different training topics and techniques
• Secondary Responsibilities: wine list and stocking, uniforms, small wares, training(these will come in time as supervisor settles intro role
• Overseeing staff side work and pre service responsibilities
• Ensuring staff appearance and uniforms are up to standard
• Displays beverage knowledge and service that sets the bar of expectation for the dining staff
• Culinary knowledge as well as table side service
• Understands and performs all Algonquin Golf Club steps of service consistency
• Performs all closing paperwork tasks thoroughly
• Must present a professional demeanor
• Must be able to solve problems ethically and in line with Algonquin Golf Club
• Must be an example of a team player
• Enforce club rules consistently and professionally
