We’re looking for a skilled and people-focused Human Resources Manager to help shape and support our most valuable asset—our team. From recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you’ll lead HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive workplace. Whether you’re supporting 10 people or 1,000, you’ll be a trusted advisor and champion of company culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and local labor laws

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees

Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS systems

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies

Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives

Conduct investigations when necessary and manage disciplinary actions professionally and fairly
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR certification is a plus
