Georgia Roof is on the hunt for a motivated, experienced Commercial Roofing Account Executive who knows how to hustle, build relationships, and close deals. If you’re a go-getter with a solid background in outside sales and a knack for networking with businesses, HOAs, or property managers—this is your chance to thrive in a high-earning, high-impact role.
What You’ll Do:
• Generate and develop new commercial leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, trade shows, networking events, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with property managers, business owners, and contractors
• Assess commercial roofs, identify client needs, and provide tailored roofing solutions
• Educate clients on various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.)
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job execution
• Hit sales goals and unlock additional incentives—like a company truck
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• At least 2 years of network selling experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge or experience in commercial roofing systems (Preferred)
• Previous experience working with commercial clients (Preferred)
• Comfortable with heights over 20 feet and climbing ladders (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
• Able to pass background check and drug screening (REQUIRED)
• 90-100% commission-based pay structure doesn’t scare you—in fact, you see the earning potential (REQUIRED)
