Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Welcoming guests and residents as they enter and exit the building.
2. Security: Monitoring the entrance to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
3. Elevator Ambassador: Operating the doors for guests and residents.
4. Providing Information: Answering questions and providing directions or information about the building and local area.
5. Maintaining Order: Ensuring the entrance area is clean and orderly.
6. Emergency Response: Assisting in emergency situations by following protocols and providing support.
