Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they arrive and seating them.
2. Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and drink orders from customers.
3. Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
4. Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
5. Handling Payments: Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
7. Knowledge of Menu: Being familiar with the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
8. Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Communicating orders and special requests to the kitchen.
9. Upselling: Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the dining experience.
10. Following Health and Safety Regulations: Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
