Responsible for the safeguarding of hotel property, assets, guests, visitors and employees. In addition, visually inspecting identification of guests in compliance with state and federal laws.

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Bussing tables and cleaning them off. Restocking plates and glasses. Taking dirty dishes to the dish pit. Helping servers keep their stations clean.

Service of food and/or beverages to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all dishes, glassware, and cookware.
• General maintenance of dish area and kitchen

Responsible for maintenance, set up, food production and quality control of all food items prepared in the kitchen.
