Responsibilites include:

• Fast paced position for a self starter with minimal supervision. Experience required.
• Must be able to multi task. 
• Must know how to iron, fold linens, use a basic washer and dryer.
• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
• Must be able to do multiple stairs within a day's routine.
• Experience required and must be able to work weekends. 
• Must have reliable transporation
• Position is on Main Street not at restaurant. 

1818 Bistro is an upscale eatery on South Main Street. We are new owners and moving the needle forward for dining in the Historic District. We are open Tuesday through Saturday. If you are an enthusiastic, motivated individual who can take direction well and are a self starter we want to speak to you. An integral part of a restaurant is a line cook. Must be able to read a monitor with Toast POS system, work in a fast paced environment, be courteous and kind to fellow employees and be able to learn quickly.
