Steiner Insurance & Finance is looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist/Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, FL! If you have previous office experience and (ideally) hold a 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist clients, answer phones, and manage office communications
• Support daily office operations with administrative tasks
• Handle insurance-related questions (if licensed)
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Preferably licensed with a 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license (or willing to obtain one)
• Previous office/administrative experience
• Lives in or near Melbourne, FL
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
Perks & Pay:
• $17–$21 per hour, based on experience
• 9 AM – 5 PM schedule (work-life balance!)
