Now Hiring: HVAC Installer

Location: Brevard & Indian River Counties | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $18 – $26 per hour

Platt’s Air & Heat, Inc. is looking for an experienced, reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. We’re a family-owned company with over 27 years of history delivering quality HVAC service to Brevard and Indian River Counties. What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Handle equipment sets, ductwork (flex and ductboard), rough-ins, change-outs, and retrofits

• Work with ductless systems, copper brazing, drains, and wiring (high and low voltage)

• Perform basic sheet metal tasks and read blueprints/schematics

• Follow all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain clean, well-stocked work van and submit required paperwork

• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lead HVAC installer

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics

• Understanding of HVAC codes and safety standards

• Professional attitude and team-player mindset

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
