The Dispensary Compliance Manager oversees the store's compliance program and function as an independent, objective body that reviews, evaluates, and reports compliance issues and concerns.

He or she will ensure that company owners, management, and employees achieve and sustain the highest level of compliance with all laws and regulations mandated by all governing and regulating bodies and agencies.

A bachelor's degree is required to carry out the day-to-day functions of this position. Management experience is also required; cannabis industry experience is highly preferable, but not a requirement.
