We are seeking experienced leadership to take our Benton Park location to the next level. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a management role and be passionate about food, service, and team development.

Overview: The Restaurant Manager leads FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth daily service, staff leadership, and brand consistency. This role includes a mix of hourly tipped and salaried duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Schedule FOH and BOH teams

  • Review resumes, interview candidates, and onboard staff

  • Train and mentor team members, identify future leaders

  • Manage labor and food costs to achieve financial targets

  • Provide daily closing reports and attend weekly owner meetings

  • Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and operations

  • Support the Kirkwood location when needed

  • Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent service

  • Collaborate on marketing and social media

  • Control inventory and ordering

  • Update decor for holidays and special events

  • Retrieve items from commissary (must have vehicle)

  Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and restaurant management experience

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Organized, on time, accountable, and aligned with our brand values

  • Willing to work 40–50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be available 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off
