We are seeking experienced leadership to take our Benton Park location to the next level. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a management role and be passionate about food, service, and team development.

Overview: The Restaurant Manager leads FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth daily service, staff leadership, and brand consistency. This role includes a mix of hourly tipped and salaried duties.
Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule FOH and BOH teams

Review resumes, interview candidates, and onboard staff

Train and mentor team members, identify future leaders

Manage labor and food costs to achieve financial targets

Provide daily closing reports and attend weekly owner meetings

Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and operations

Support the Kirkwood location when needed

Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent service

Collaborate on marketing and social media

Control inventory and ordering

Update decor for holidays and special events

Retrieve items from commissary (must have vehicle)
Requirements:

Strong leadership and restaurant management experience

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Organized, on time, accountable, and aligned with our brand values

Willing to work 40–50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be available 5 days/week with 2 consecutive days off
