Who We Are:

Crew Social Club is an adult recreational sport league and special events company started in 2012 whose main goal is to bring awesome, organized rec leagues and unique special events to the downtown/midtown area. KC Crew had 15,000 players play in 2024, our 12th year. In Crew Social Club you will find a new social network of people oriented around a single goal: To get together and have fun. We are a fun, co-ed league that allows people to mingle, enjoy some beverages and to play a sport they love while also being a little competitive.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor & Manage gameplay – Enforce rules, settle disputes, ensure sportsmanship, coordinate with teams on who/where they are playing and answer any questions!
• Ensure safety – Watch for fouls, illegal plays, and any potential injuries.
• Communicate with players & teams – Set expectations and keep things professional.
• Event Coordination – Assist in the logistical planning of events, ensuring smooth registration and check-in processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of game rules
• Confidence in making quick, fair decisions.
• Ability to handle competitive (and sometimes loud) players/participants.
• Great communication skills.
• Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll always train you!
