As a Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, delivering great service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders accurately.

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guest satisfaction.

• Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized section.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.

Customer interactions, make smoothies, coffee, take orders, deliver food, keep clean environment, prep food, keep track of inventory. Food handlers cards are required by the city of Columbia within 30 days of hiring.

Checking juice orders, filling out forms, checking inventory, prepping and juicing for cleanses and in store juices, adhering to strict sanitary procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership within the guidelines set by the management team
• Assisting in the training process
• Monitoring of hygiene and safety practices 
• Monitoring quality control for dishes and ingredients
• Ensuring good communication with all staff and management
• Have knowledge and provide support for staff in all positions as needed
• Ensuring normal operations continue within the standards set by the management team in the absence of a manager on duty.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years kitchen/line cook experience
• Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience
• previous or current employer references
• Must have weekend availability

This position is $22-28+ an hour on average with tips. Manage front of house employees, create schedules, keep front inventory organized and front of house duties (work the register, make smoothies, juices, almond milks and serve food)
