Customer interactions, make smoothies, coffee, take orders, deliver food, keep clean environment, prep food, keep track of inventory. Food handlers cards are required by the city of Columbia within 30 days of hiring.

Checking juice orders, filling out forms, checking inventory, prepping and juicing for cleanses and in store juices, adhering to strict sanitary procedures.

Entry level kitchen position including:

• General food preparation
• Cleaning food and drinkware
• Preparing backups for the line cooks if needed
• Operating within the standards set by the management team

Shifts begin at 9am until close is finished

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand consistently for extended periods of time

Availability must remain consistant with applications for a minimum of 3 months upon initial hiring

• Cooking food on the line as ordered
• Preparing backups for the line
• Prep work during lulls
• Ensuring quality control of dishes and ingredients
• Operating within the standards set by the management team

Line cooks are responsible for opening and closing the line and ensuring a clean workspace at the end of each shift.

- Following baking recipes as written 

- Practicing good time management skills

- Demonstrating good communication, general problem solving skills, and judgement

- Maintaining a high standard of quality and sanitation

- Working in a tidy mannor and leaving a clean work area at the end of each shift.

- Training shifts will be conducted during business hours.

- Shifts will take place in the evenings once training is complete
