- Practicing good time management skills
- Demonstrating good communication, general problem solving skills, and judgement
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and sanitation
- Working in a tidy mannor and leaving a clean work area at the end of each shift.
- Training shifts will be conducted during business hours.
- Shifts will take place in the evenings once training is complete

Supervisor/ Head Line Cook (Full time)

Description
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership within the guidelines set by the management team
- Assisting in the training process
- Monitoring of hygiene and safety practices
- Monitoring quality control for dishes and ingredients
- Ensuring good communication with all staff and management
- Have knowledge and provide support for staff in all positions as needed
- Ensuring normal operations continue within the standards set by the management team in the absence of a manager on duty.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen/line cook experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience
- previous or current employer references
- Must have weekend availability
Line cooks are responsible for opening and closing the line and ensuring a clean workspace at the end of each shift.
Food handler cards are required by the city of Columbia within 30 days of hiring
Must be able to life 50 pounds and walk or stand consistently for extended periods of time
Availability must remain consistent with applications for a minimum of 6 months upon initial hiring
Oportunity for PTO and benefits beginning 1 year after hiring for all full time employees
