Responsibilities for this position include:

• Greeting and ID-ing guests
• Informing guests about entertainment charge during live music in live music area. 
• General security of customers and premise, and de-escalating situtions that have the potential to become problematic for other guests
• General floor maintenance, and occasionally running dishes to dish room to assist servers
• Maintaining post at front entrance, and ensuring access to patio area for guest with pets
• Assisting with closing duties, and staying with employees until the alarm is set
• Making sure employees make it to their cars safely
• Communicating with law enforcement in the event of altercations with unruly patrons

Door persons will be allowed one shift meal at any time during their shift from the employee menu, and 2 shift drinks during the last 30 minutes of their shift, not to exceed $10. Any charges beyond that will be the door person's responsibility. 

Customer interaction, food and drink service including orders and delivery, general table and restaurant maintenance.

Responsibilites include:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)

Ensure kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner. They check the orders for accuracy and serve as liaisons between cooks, waiters and customers.

Responsibilites include:

• General customer interactions 
• Cleaning and resetting tables and bar
• Assisting service needs as they arise
• General restaurant maintenance and upkeep

Customer interactions, food and beverage service, mixing and pouring drinks, general bar preparation and maintenance.

Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware, general maintenance of dish area and kitchen. Cleaning bathroom daily and as needed during shift,  stocking bathroom supplies. Cleaning front of house and back of house areas. 

Food preparation and assistance to Chef and Sous Chef, responsible for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Entry level kitchen position, assisting kitchen staff in general food preparation and food safety.
