YogaSix Issaquah is searching for passionate and dynamic Sculpt Pilates Instructors to join our energetic fitness community! In this role, you will lead intense cross-training workouts that incorporate dumbbells, blocks, and bodyweight exercises to boost metabolic activity and develop lean muscle mass. Our students are dedicated fitness enthusiasts who seek skilled instructors to motivate, engage, and ensure their safety. Key Responsibilities

• Arrive at the studio a minimum of 15-30 minutes prior to class start time.
• Foster a welcoming environment by creating personal connections with each student.
• Design and deliver dynamic, motivating class experiences that reflect your personality while adhering to YogaSix standards.
• Set up the classroom appropriately, including equipment, mat spacing, music, and lighting.
• Provide exceptional class instruction while ensuring student safety and engagement.
• Follow up with students after class to enhance community connection.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio space.
• Build a sense of community among participants.

Requirements

• Fitness Accreditation/Certified Trainer or 200hr Yoga Training with experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Outgoing personality with a strong commitment to exceptional client service.
• Ability to connect genuinely with students, regardless of their fitness level.
• Willingness to grow and maintain a lifelong learning mindset.
• A sense of humor and enthusiasm for teaching.
• 1+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must be physically able to demonstrate exercises and monitor students in a heated room environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible hours based on class schedules.
