The Opportunity

We're seeking dynamic Bartenders/Servers who are passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences. This isn't your typical food service role—you'll be the architect of memorable moments in one of the most innovative entertainment concepts in the industry.

As a key member of our team, you'll craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding service, and help orchestrate the energy that makes X-Golf Ashburn the go-to destination for celebrations, corporate events, league nights, and everything in between.

What You'll Do

• Deliver World-Class Hospitality: Provide attentive, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations at every touchpoint
• Master the Bar: Mix creative cocktails, pour perfect pints, and recommend beverages that enhance the guest experience
• Elevate the Experience: Serve food and beverages with precision while maintaining the energetic, upscale atmosphere
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Guide guests through the X-Golf experience, from simulator basics to menu highlights
• Drive Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate needs, resolve concerns proactively, and create genuine connections
• Support Team Success: Collaborate with kitchen staff, simulator technicians, and fellow team members to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation

What Makes You Stand Out

Essential Qualifications:

• 1+ year of bartending OR food service management experience
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Outstanding communication skills and natural people person
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Bonus Points:

• Alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of golf (helpful but not required—we'll teach you!)
• Experience in entertainment venues, sports bars, or upscale casual dining
• Craft cocktail expertise or mixology creativity

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Comfortable with reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
