Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and fun environment.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Quality Control: Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
• Guest Service: Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and respond to feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Coachable attitude with a drive to tackle new challenges.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts available.
• Day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Availability for full-time or part-time roles.
