Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train and lead the Front of House team, including bartenders, servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Operations Management: Assist in writing schedules, interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
• Inventory Control: Manage ordering, inventory, COGS, labor, and expenses using in-house software.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, touch tables, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Quality: Serve up fantastic food and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Team Development: Support team members in their growth and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management required.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, coachable attitude, and ability to tackle challenges.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License: Valid driver's license preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time: 35-40 hours per week
• Shifts: 8-hour shifts covering day, evening, and night hours
