As a Line Cook at Wally's Pizza Bar, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food to our guests in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and other hot food products according to recipes and instructions.
• Efficiently perform food portioning and preparation prior to cooking.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in compliance with federal, state, local, and Wally's Pizza Bar regulations.
• Utilize all kitchen equipment effectively, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
• Knowledge of all kitchen equipment, both small and large scale.
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to transport and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and maintain mobility throughout the shift.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to establish priorities.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shift and night shift availability
• Weekend availability required
