Job Summary
Join the vibrant team at Wally's Pizza Bar as a Restaurant Supervisor! In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will assist both the Front of House (FOH) Manager and the FOH Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. With a focus on leadership and operational excellence, you will play a key role in training and guiding our front-of-house staff. If you have a passion for hospitality and at least 2 years of restaurant experience, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed manager log of nightly activities.
• Train and lead front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
• Facilitate engaging pre-shift meetings with the team.
• Interact with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Oversee daily and general cleaning duties within the department.
• Manage daily paperwork, labor, and inventory processes.
• Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience required.
• Previous management training or experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
