Job Summary

Trinity Juices & More is looking for energetic Crew Members who are passionate about health, wellness, and providing excellent customer service. Our team prepares fresh juices, smoothies, plant-based meals, and organic foods while creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

As a Crew Member, you’ll help prepare menu items, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced juice bar and plant-based kitchen. What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and plant-based menu items according to recipes

• Assist customers with menu questions and recommend healthy options

• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep for salads, wraps, burgers, and bowls

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and front counter

• Restock ingredients, supplies, and grab-and-go items

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Work as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service

• Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers

Preferred Experience

• Experience preparing smoothies, juices, or fresh food items

• Cash handling or POS system experience

(Experience is helpful but not required — training can be provided.)

Work Environment

This role operates in a plant-based juice bar and organic market where team members prepare fresh food and beverages throughout the day. Crew members work between the kitchen prep area, smoothie station, and front counter while assisting customers and maintaining a clean workspace.

The environment is fast-paced, positive, and focused on promoting healthy living.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods during shifts

• Lift and move up to 30–40 pounds when stocking supplies

• Perform repetitive tasks such as blending, chopping, and prepping ingredients

• Work in a busy kitchen and service environment
