Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warm and friendly attitude 
• Manage waitlist using our system
• Oversee table times while quoting new parties for waitlist
• Escort guests to their tables while maintaining steady flow of seating
• Answer phone and provide information about the restaurant, hours and menu
• Ensure each guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in 

Qualifications:

• Previous host experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure 
• Team player
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
