We're hiring Seasonal Line Cooks for our busy, festive christmas pop-up experience located inside a major tourist area, The Train Shed at Union Station! This is a fast-paced kitchen, so we're looking for someone who can take direction, stay cool under pressure, and work well with a team.

What We Need:

• Previous experience in kitchen or line cook

• Ability to work under pressure and keep a good attitude

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items correctly with speed and attention to detail

• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards

• Stock your station and help keep kitchen clean

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, keeping health standards top of mind

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

• Stay calm during high-volume shifts and work collaboratively with the team
