The Only Facial is a results-driven facial studio focused exclusively on high-quality skincare treatments — no retail sales pressure, no rushed appointments, just exceptional client care and visible results.

We’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, client experience, and delivering incredible facials in a calm, professional environment.

Whether you’re an experienced esthetician or a new graduate ready to grow, we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed and build a long-term career in skincare.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facial treatments based on skin type and goals

• Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations

• Create personalized treatment plans for long-term skin health

• Deliver services such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, and advanced facial techniques

• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care

• Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records

• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals

• Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional treatment environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician License from an accredited program

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering great results

• Availability for weekdays and some evenings/weekends

Experience Level

• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Paid training and hands-on development provided
