Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations
  • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Monitor revenue, control costs of goods, and ensure efficient processes
• Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining a positive work environment
• Guest Service
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences in both the dining room and bar
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support Roles
  • Ability to assist line cooks and bartenders as needed to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or hospitality team leader role
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Understanding of restaurant and bar operations, revenue tracking, and cost control
• Ability to assist in kitchen and bar operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Schedule
Full-time position. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
