Job Position: Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating guests efficiently to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a smile - Your goal is to create a positive first and last impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists - You'll be in charge of organizing and maintaining our reservation and waitlist system.
• Communicate wait times and accommodate guest requests - It's important to keep guests informed and do your best to meet their needs.
• Display humble, respectful and goodwill - We expect all our staff to treat everyone in our community with respect and kindness.
• Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized - This helps ensure a positive experience for guests as they arrive and wait.
• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries - You'll sometimes need to help with other tasks, like answering phone calls and handling takeout orders.

• Strong communication and organization skills - You should be able to effectively communicate with guests and staff and keep things organized, even during busy shifts.
