Description
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can help lead the kitchen, execute at a high level, and support a team that takes pride in what they do.
This is not a passive role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for execution, accountability, and maintaining standards every shift.

Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations and execution

Lead and manage kitchen staff during service

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing

Oversee prep, line execution, and station readiness

Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Train, coach, and hold team members accountable

Step in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready to step up

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep, and execution

High standards for cleanliness, organization, and consistency

Dependable, accountable, and takes ownership of results

Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak service hours
