Description

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can help lead the kitchen, execute at a high level, and support a team that takes pride in what they do.

This is not a passive role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for execution, accountability, and maintaining standards every shift.

 

  • Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations and execution

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff during service

  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing

  • Oversee prep, line execution, and station readiness

  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable

  • Step in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready to step up

  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep, and execution

  • High standards for cleanliness, organization, and consistency

  • Dependable, accountable, and takes ownership of results

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak service hours
