Job Summary

Station No. 3 in Kirkwood is seeking a reliable and organized Service Bartender to support bar operations and help keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

This role focuses on preparing beverages for both guests and service tickets while assisting the front-of-house team with order management, food running, and maintaining a clean and efficient bar area. The Service Bartender also plays an important role in coordinating orders and supporting the flow of service between the kitchen, bar, and dining room.

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, stays organized during high-volume service, and takes pride in delivering accurate orders and great hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Bar Service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

• Mix and pour drinks according to restaurant standards

• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and proper setup throughout the shift

Service Bar & Order Coordination

• Prepare drinks for service tickets and support the dining room during busy periods

• Manage incoming orders and maintain strong communication with servers and kitchen staff

• Assist with expediting orders to ensure timely food and beverage delivery

Restaurant Operations

• Answer phones and take guest orders when needed

• Support takeout and phone orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Assist with food running during busy service periods

Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift

• Assist with bar prep, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning duties

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
