Job Summary

Station No. 3 in Kirkwood is seeking friendly and dependable Counter Servers to join our service team. This role focuses on providing excellent guest service at the counter while supporting overall restaurant operations.

Counter Servers interact directly with guests, take and process orders, deliver food and beverages, and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, moves with urgency, and takes pride in delivering accurate orders and great hospitality.

Responsibilities

Guest Service & Order Management

• Interact with guests at the counter with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

• Upsell menu items and close checks efficiently

• Ensure all orders are accurate before delivering to guests

Food & Beverage Service

• Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly

• Package and prepare takeout orders carefully and accurately

• Make and pour beverages as needed (must be 21+ for alcohol service)

Dining Room Support

• Run food to tables and assist with bussing tables during service

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and counter area

• Support general restaurant maintenance and organization

Opening & Closing Duties

• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures

• Help maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages

Availability Requirement

• Must be available Sundays
