Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout service
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients
• Stock stations and ensure all necessary supplies are available
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Take out trash and recycling, mop floors, and help close down the kitchen
• Support the team by jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

• Dependable work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Punctual, respectful, and eager to learn
• Experience as a dishwasher or prep cook is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred

Schedule: Part-time with availability for evening and weekend shifts preferred.
