We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our team at Pizza Factory! If you have great people skills, a positive attitude, and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service

• Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently

• Answer customer questions about the menu and specials

• Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized

• Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Prep ingredients such as slicing vegetables, shredding cheese, and making dough

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality

• Maintain a clean and organized prep station, dish, and kitchen area

• Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating ingredients

• Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and basic math skills

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus but not required
