- Ability to greet guests at table
- Convey knowledge of dinner & bar menu to guests
- Meet needs of guests of varied backgrounds and needs
- Knowledge of POS
- Work well with co-workers in FOH & BOH
- Some upscale, high volume dinner service experience
- Work in fast pace environment
