Line Cook - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and food safety of assigned station.
• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant standards.
• Grill Experience: Utilize your grill and temperature expertise to cook food to perfection.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of grill and temperature experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist Servers with guest needs 
• Clearing and resetting tables in dining area and bar
• General restaurant maintenance and upkeep
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs repeatedly
• Good work attitude
• Able to communicate with fellow workers and guests
• Adapt to ever changing situations
• This is not an actual server position 
• Must work Friday, Saturday nights and holidays. 

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
• General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
• Cross train for salad station
• Highly physical job, must be able to stand, move around for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs 
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
