We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager / Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Schedule and manage front-of-house labor
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room and bar
• Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Help drive sales, team performance, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and company standards
• Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing a high-volume bar and dining room preferred
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
• Valid BASSET certification (or ability to obtain)
