Description
As an Appointment Setter at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in managing our lead pipeline and setting up meetings between our sales team and potential clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments to ensure our sales team can focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and gauge their interest.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the criteria for the sales team.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with leads and the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure all parties are prepared.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to confirm appointments and address any preliminary questions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of leads, appointments set, and overall performance metrics to the sales manager or team lead.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and appointment-setting goals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being responsive, professional, and informative in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

$23 - $34 / hr + Tips + Commission
