Job Summary

Junk King St. Louis is growing fast under new leadership, and we’re looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as Junk Removal Specialists / Truck Team Members.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and teammates to remove unwanted items from homes and businesses throughout the St. Louis area. Every day brings new locations, new customers, and new challenges, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys staying active and working with a team.

This position combines customer service, physical work, and problem solving while offering strong earning potential through hourly pay, tips, and commission opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Junk Removal & Job Site Work

• Remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other items from residential and commercial properties

• Safely lift, load, and organize items in Junk King trucks for transport

• Protect customer property while moving large or heavy items

• Assist with unloading materials and sorting recyclable or donation items

Customer Experience

• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Help explain Junk King services and pricing to customers

• Ensure each job is completed quickly, safely, and professionally

• Deliver the kind of service that earns repeat business and referrals

Team Operations

• Work alongside your crew to complete jobs efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment

• Follow safety guidelines for lifting and handling items

• Represent the Junk King brand with professionalism at all times

Compensation & Earnings

• Hourly pay plus tips and commission opportunities

• Most team members earn $20–$27 per hour on average

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

• Moving, warehouse, delivery, or general labor experience

• Customer service or sales experience

• Experience using moving equipment or basic tools

• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the St. Louis area

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Typical shifts are 8 hours

• Monday–Friday with weekend work as needed
