Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of Junk King Dallas–Fort Worth. This role oversees development, logistics, operations, team leadership, and sales performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven management and sales experience who can scale operations, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, logistics, routing, and scheduling to ensure efficient and profitable service delivery

Lead, manage, and develop operations staff, drivers, and support team members
