Description
We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Understand client goals and develop strategies to meet their needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product, etc.) to ensure client success
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market activity
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Rep, or in a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
