Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the flat top/griddle during service
• Cook and assemble Tex-Mex menu items quickly and accurately
• Handle multiple orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Assist with food prep and ingredient organization
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of line cook experience (required)
• Strong flat top / grill experience (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving food truck environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work Saturdays is required

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in food trucks, quick-service, or fast-casual kitchens
• Customer service or order-taking experience
• Interest in learning food truck operations or small business management
