    Job Summary

    Front of House Team Members are an essential part of the JINYA Ramen Bar guest experience. As a Busser, you support the General Manager, Front of House leadership, and service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.

    Bussers serve as Customer Service Ambassadors by assisting servers, supporting guest needs, and ensuring tables, stations, and service areas are reset quickly and efficiently. This role plays a key part in creating a seamless, 5-star dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Support servers and front-of-house team members with guest service needs in a professional and positive manner

    • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and accurately to maintain smooth service flow

    • Deliver food and beverages to guests and assist with refilling water and other beverages as needed

    • Maintain table cleanliness and ensure all guest-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentable

    Required Competencies
