Must be a highly energetic and organized individual. You will be dealing with a heavy amount of customer interaction and table maintenance throughout the night.

Opportunity for advancement: We do not promote based on seniority. If you perform well initially, being promoted to become a bartender may happen very soon after you hiring date. Additionally, we have a progrem for waitresses that allows them to work 30 shifts and complete a full information review before being promoted and trained to bartend. After promotion, they will join the rotation of other bartenders that work a waitress shift when their turn comes.
