What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Online
• Process payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, and year-end reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multi-location operations
• Help build the financial infrastructure to support our growth

What We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (this is non-negotiable)
• Solid payroll processing experience, including multi-location and hourly workforce environments
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, food service, or multi-location businesses
• Someone who works with speed and accuracy—we move fast
• A quick learner who figures things out rather than waiting to be told
• Desire to grow into a leadership role as the company expands

Compensation & Benefits:

• $58,000 – $83,000 annually, depending on experience

Location & Travel: This is a primarily on-site position at our corporate office in Yorkville, NY, with potential for a hybrid arrangement. Occasional travel to our Central New York locations may be required.
