Who We Are:

Greater Buffalo Gymnastics Center exists in order to provide an environment rich with opportunities for children and young adults to grow, develop and achieve individual success. We strive to create excitement and enthusiasm as children learn new skills, achieve milestones, and reach goals while using our cutting edge equipment in our state of the art facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

A Department Leader is one of the top-level supervisor positions in our organization. Here, you are the leader of an entire department. Your focus is on leading the instructors/coaches in your department, delegating effectively, obtaining buy-in, communicating to your staff, and ensuring results are met which are driven by mutual goals.

Basic Duties Include:

-Create and maintain yearly program curriculum with theme weeks.

-Prepare a Program newsletter, calendar, and update theme board(s).

-Maintain charts / methods of tracking gymnasts progress.

-Drive new business and maintain enrollment expectations.

-Lead/Inspire and Manage Munchkins in Motion Staff

-Show Week Coordination

-Attend Weekly Leadership Meetings

What You'll Need:

Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following:

• Class instructor or coach at Greater Buffalo Gymnastics

• Experience in gymnastics

• Sports coaching, sports motivation

• Athletic performance or an aptitude for teaching and mentoring

• Demonstrating a desire to work with and interact with children
