Head Chef - Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at a high-volume hospitality operation in Philadelphia. This exciting role involves overseeing a $15M kitchen, where you will have the opportunity to create exceptional dining experiences for large-scale events. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations across a $15M annual revenue kitchen.
• Directly lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of three Sous Chefs and the full back-of-house (BOH) brigade.
• Drive consistency, food quality, and execution standards across all service periods.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute innovative menus in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead high-volume events and large-scale service programming.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of Head Chef or Executive Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience in stadium, arena, convention center, or large-scale event culinary operations is required.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple Sous Chefs and developing a strong BOH team.
• Strong financial management skills, including food cost, labor, and P&L for volumes exceeding $12M.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent certification.
• Must currently reside in the Philadelphia, PA market; no relocation package is available.

Schedule
Full-time position with varying schedules based on event needs.
