Full Time Talent Search Partner (This is a remote position)

FTK Hospitality is seeking an experienced Talent Restaurant Recruiter to identify and onboard top talent for our upscale restaurant clients. This role is ideal for someone with deep connections in the hospitality industry and a keen understanding of the skills required for high-end restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for various positions including chefs, managers, and support staff.

• Build relationships with potential candidates and develop a talent pipeline.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client needs.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and culture fit.

• Stay updated on hiring trends and the competitive landscape in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting for the restaurant/hospitality industry, preferably for upscale dining.

• Strong network of hospitality professionals and industry contacts.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
