Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Foster a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Staff Training: Train and mentor team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence.
• Building Regulars: Develop strong relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Menu Knowledge: Promote and educate staff on the coastal menu offerings and beverage pairings.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the front-of-house team to enhance performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with a focus on upscale dining.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
