Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Lunch Leadership

We are seeking a strong, experienced Shift Lead to run daytime service and drive lunch sales. This is a working leadership role. You will lead the shift, maintain standards, build the schedule, and actively sell. The right candidate is competitive, organized, and confident running a dining room independently.

This is not a passive senior server position. This role owns lunch.

Responsibilities

Floor Leadership

• Run weekday lunch service independently 2-3 days per week
• Lead additional staff on peak days
• Maintain pace between FOH and BOH
• Resolve guest issues professionally
• Protect service and cleanliness standards

Sales & Performance

• Actively drive check average and beverage attachment
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings with clear sales focus
• Maintain strong personal sales performance
• Support lunch growth initiatives

Administrative Duties

• Build and manage the full FOH schedule
• Conduct shift meetings
• Train new hires
• Complete daily shift reports
• Communicate with evening shift leader
• Coordinate with bar manager on inventory needs
• Print new menus on as-needed basis

Authority

• Hold staff accountable
• Issue write-ups when necessary
• Send staff home when appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
• 5+ years serving experience
• Experience building schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic technology
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Compensation

• Hourly (tipped position) + tips
