Join our energetic team at FLB Entertainment Center as a Bar Manager! In this role, you'll lead a dedicated staff of 15-20 bar employees while collaborating with our Kitchen Manager and Bowling Center Manager to elevate our guests' experience. We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere where exceptional drinks and food are served.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and lead bar staff, including bartenders, servers, hosts, security, and supervisors.
• Write schedules and manage the hiring, interviewing, and termination processes.
• Manage ordering, inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, and expenses using in-house software.
• Engage with guests by touching tables and enhancing their overall experience.
• Oversee daily and general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of bar management experience preferred.
• Previous management training and/or education is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and hospitality environment.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Night shifts
• On call
• Overtime as needed
• Weekends required
