Building Maintenance Mechanic - Full Time

FLB Entertainment Center is seeking a friendly and experienced Building Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic facility team. In this role, you will ensure that our entertainment venue remains in top condition, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain center equipment under the direction of the facility manager.
• Assist in maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as the roof, landscaping, and all other bowling center equipment and fixtures.
• Follow the established Preventive Maintenance Program as directed.
• Conduct daily inspections of premises for any unsafe conditions and address them immediately or notify the manager on duty.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all maintenance procedures currently in place.
• Ensure a safe working environment and prohibit non-trained personnel from safety-sensitive equipment areas.
• Abide by the Machine Area Safety Procedures and Standards of Operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience is desired but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A working knowledge of 120v/240v electrical systems is desired.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of maintenance experience (required).

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Availability for holidays, weekends, and night shifts is required.
