As a Lead UX Researcher at Erickson Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our digital products. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will utilize your expertise in user research methodologies to drive insights that inform design and development processes. This remote position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct and analyze user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Data Analysis: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings to inform product design and strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to integrate user feedback into the development process.
• Documentation: Create clear and actionable research reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strategy Development: Contribute to the overall UX strategy by identifying opportunities for improving user experience across our digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
