Key Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Incident Response: Manage security incidents, including detection, response, and recovery processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure cybersecurity measures are effectively integrated across the organization.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with risk management and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
